Description

We have a requirement for a freelance web designer to help design some XHTML/CSS templates for one of our current projects.

We are looking for a talented designer (preferably Thai national) who understands clean Web 2.0 design, XHTML, CSS and preferably JQuery.

Ruby on Rails experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

This is *not* a permanent position and initially will be on a per project basis.
