Selection Criteria:
Essential:
Previous experience as a Web Programmer/Developer
Basic programming skills and attention to detail
Proven experience in HTML/Javascript/CSS
In-depth understanding of SEO techniques.
Knowledge of AJAX and Flash would be advantageous.
Highly enthusiastic and motivated personality
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in CMS development
Excellent experience in mainstream CMS systems and Web 2.0 based development
experience in use of Linux based servers
Excellent (X)HTML and CSS skills with the ability to implement for IE 6 and 7, Firefox 2 and 3 and Safari 3 on OS X and XP/Vista
Design cut-up experience with an eye for detail
Some exposure to W3C (X)HTML standards and WAI accessibility guidelines
You have a strong customer focus, and great communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Enjoy working on numerous concurrent projects
Have a genuine enthusiasm for the web and pride in the quality of your work
Desirable:
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Experience in project management
Corporate IT development experience
