Graphic Design Coordinator
Description
We are seeking a full time Graphic Design person to help in managing the day to day e-Newsletters production as well as other graphic and admin responsibilities.
Reporting to the Publisher/Managing Editor, you will also receive directions from our Sales & Marketing team who liaise with our clients.
The role will suit a recent graduate or an individual with 1 plus year experience in the industry.
Requirements
• Dreamweaver
• Adobe Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, ImageReady or Flash knowledge is an advantage)
• MS Office
• Attention to details is a must
• Ability to quickly learn new programmes to support the e-Newsletters (in-house builts)
• Good communication skills,
• Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
• Assist the e-Marketing Coordinator in the daily and weekly production of the e-Newsletters
• Update the content of the e-Newsletters as well as clients website update
• Assist in the production of marketing materials for the company
• Administration duties (data entry and maintenance of the company database)
• General office duties
